School Picnic

Griff's preschool had a picnic with their sister school at Wilder Ranch Park today and it was a blast! Grandpa John was with us and got to to enjoy the incredible joy of gobs of 2-6 year olds all together. As we arrived, they were hooking up the Clydesdale to give wagon rides and as we finished the ride, they were just preparing for the treasure hunt for Griff's class. The kids loved it and they were careful to make sure their friends had enough goodies in their baskets. After that we ate a bit, but mostly climbed trees, adventured through the field of wheat, played with the water fountain, and played with friends. Griff and one of his friends pretended they were a prince and princess in a castle and were getting married. Their version of a wedding ceremony involved rubbing grass on their bellies and heads. Spring has sprung! Wagon Ride! Griff's teacher prepping the kids for the treasure hunt.
