Black's Beach
We just came home from a friend's birthday party at Black's Beach, a beautiful beach with a really nice cove area and loads of nooks and crannies for kids to play. And there was a gaggle of them there, at least 9, plus Griff and Ruby. It was so much fun with the kids running everywhere! Griff was inspired and he wanted to explore everywhere, except where the people were gathered to celebrate. He had a wonderful time practicing his walking on the beach, in a sand pit, along the beach vegetation, along driftwood, and picking up everything he could get his hands on. He did a few face plants and several end-overs, but wasn't fazed by any of it! We didn't think to take his shoes off since it was pretty cool when we got there. Check out the load of sand he was carrying around in them by the time we got home!
