SWING!!!
I had to do this ode to the swing, as it has become such an important part of our daily lives. Griff loves to swing. Whether it is in the park or on our $3 Craig's List special or in the hammock with pop, he is always content fly through the air. We were cautious at first, pushing him lightly, but we quickly realized that this kid is fearless on a swing and he loves to get some speed going and really fly!
On another note, while Griff's fever is now gone, he is developing quite a rash all over his body. The pediatrician said it is good, a sign that a virus is running its course. I had to look it up and it looks like classic Roseola, yet another gift from that wonderful group, the herpes viruses. Luckily it doesn't seem itchy, but he is still a little clingy and irritable. It should pass in the next few days or so. Maybe I will get a cute picture of my blotchy baby to share :)
